Depending on your service type, the incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) mail server addresses may differ. However, the port numbers remain the same for all configurations. The incoming mail server (IMAP) uses port 993 with SSL/TLS encryption, while the outgoing mail server (SMTP) uses port 465 with SSL/TLS encryption and requires authentication. To check your specific incoming and outgoing mail server addresses, simply log in to your account - under the “My Account” section, you’ll find your personalized server details. You can also access your mailbox directly through our webmail interface after logging in. Your FTP server address depends on both the location of your Hosting Center and the type of service you are using.
